By booking a tour, activity, or service with Bali Signature Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and participants who use our services.
Bali Signature Tours is a locally owned and operated tour company based in Bali, Indonesia. We provide private tours, outdoor activities, cultural experiences, photography services, and transportation across the island of Bali and surrounding areas including Nusa Penida. All tours are conducted by licensed local guides and experienced drivers.
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp (+62 813 3827 2777), or email (info@balisignaturetours.com). A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. Your confirmation will include the tour name, date, pickup time, pickup location, number of guests, and the agreed price.
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of all participants listed. You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your group are aware of and agree to these terms.
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person unless clearly indicated as a flat rate for a private group or vehicle.
Individual and family bookings: No upfront payment is required. Payment is made in cash directly to your driver or guide on the day of the tour. We accept Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and US Dollars (USD).
Company and large group bookings: Payment is made via bank transfer prior to the tour date. Full payment details and invoice will be provided upon booking confirmation. Separate payment terms may apply as outlined in your booking agreement.
Bali Signature Tours reserves the right to adjust published pricing at any time without prior notice. However, once a booking has been confirmed in writing, the quoted price will be honored regardless of any subsequent price changes.
Additional costs may apply for optional extras requested on the day of the tour, such as entrance fees to sites not included in your package, personal purchases, additional meals, or extended tour hours. These will be communicated clearly before any additional charges are incurred.

To cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp at +62 813 3827 2777 or email at info@balisignaturetours.com. We are always happy to help you find an alternative date or tour that works better for your schedule.
In rare cases, Bali Signature Tours may need to cancel or modify a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, natural events (volcanic activity, heavy rainfall, flooding), road closures, temple ceremonies that restrict access, government directives, or insufficient minimum group size for shared activities.
If we cancel your tour, you will be offered your choice of a full reschedule to another date, an alternative tour of equal or greater value, or a full refund. We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
We pride ourselves on offering flexible, personalized private tours. Minor adjustments to your itinerary on the day (such as adding a stop, spending more time at a particular location, or skipping a site) can usually be accommodated at the discretion of your guide or driver and may not affect pricing.
Significant changes to the tour route, duration, or included activities may affect the total price and should be discussed with our team in advance whenever possible.
Bali Signature Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries without prior notice due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, temple ceremonies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, we will provide suitable alternatives and prioritize your safety and enjoyment.
All tours include complimentary hotel or villa pickup and drop-off within the designated service area. Pickup times and locations will be confirmed with you before your tour. Please be ready at the agreed time and location. If you are staying outside our standard pickup area, additional transportation fees may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
If you are not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and have not contacted us, our driver will attempt to reach you. If contact cannot be made within 30 minutes, this may be treated as a no-show.

Failure to follow safety guidelines or instructions from your guide may result in immediate exclusion from the activity without a refund. Bali Signature Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any participant whose behavior endangers themselves, other guests, our staff, or the public.
You are responsible for your own personal belongings during all tours and activities. Bali Signature Tours is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items including cameras, phones, wallets, jewelry, or luggage.
Many of our tours and activities involve physical exertion, including but not limited to hiking (Mount Batur), cycling (downhill bike tours), white water rafting, ATV riding, snorkeling, and walking on uneven terrain. It is your responsibility to assess your own physical condition and fitness level before booking and participating in any activity.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs and advise you on the most suitable tours. Bali Signature Tours reserves the right to refuse participation in an activity if we believe it poses a safety risk to the participant or others.
Bali Signature Tours is not responsible for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or medical emergency that occurs during a tour, except where directly caused by our proven negligence.
Children are welcome on most of our tours and we love hosting families. However, certain activities have minimum age, height, or weight restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions are set by activity operators and are clearly noted on each tour page. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children throughout the tour. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether a tour is suitable for your child.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before visiting Bali. Your insurance policy should cover medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss or damage to personal belongings. Bali Signature Tours does not provide insurance coverage of any kind for guests. Participation in all tours and activities is at your own risk.
Bali Signature Tours acts as an organizer and coordinator of tours and activities. While we carefully select and vet our guides, drivers, and activity partners, certain portions of your experience may be delivered by independent third-party operators (such as rafting companies, cooking class hosts, snorkeling providers, and boat operators).
Bali Signature Tours is not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, delay, accident, or inconvenience caused by:
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, the total liability of Bali Signature Tours for any and all claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific tour or service in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
By participating in any tour or activity offered by Bali Signature Tours, you acknowledge and accept that outdoor activities, adventure sports, water activities, and travel in general carry inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury, drowning, sunburn, dehydration, insect bites, allergic reactions, road accidents, and exposure to tropical weather conditions.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree that Bali Signature Tours, its owners, employees, guides, and drivers shall not be held liable for any harm arising from these inherent risks, provided that reasonable safety measures were in place.
Bali Signature Tours shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, landslides, floods), severe weather conditions, pandemics or epidemics, government actions, travel bans or restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, and transportation disruptions.
In the event of force majeure, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you promptly and offer an alternative tour date, a different tour of equal value, or a full credit for future use with Bali Signature Tours.
During tours, our guides may take photographs or videos for quality assurance and promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you grant Bali Signature Tours permission to use photographs and videos taken during your tour for marketing, social media, and promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing before or during the tour that you do not wish to be photographed.
For our Photo Tour with Professional Photographer, all photos and videos taken by our professional photographer remain the intellectual property of Bali Signature Tours. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered images, and commercial use of these images requires our prior written consent. On our other tours, including the Instagram Tour, your guide is happy to help take photos using your own phone or camera, and those photos belong to you.
All content on the Bali Signature Tours website, including text, photographs, images, logos, graphics, videos, tour descriptions, itineraries, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Bali Signature Tours and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We welcome and appreciate your feedback. If you leave a review or testimonial about our tours on any platform, you grant Bali Signature Tours a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share your review for marketing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that contain offensive, defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites including booking platforms, social media pages, review sites, and travel resources. Bali Signature Tours is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of service of these external websites. We encourage you to review their policies independently before engaging with them or providing personal information.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bali Signature Tours, its owners, employees, guides, drivers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your negligent or wrongful conduct during a tour, any false information you provided at the time of booking, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bali Signature Tours regarding the use of our website and services. Any prior discussions, representations, or agreements not expressly stated in these terms are superseded. No waiver of any provision shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of that or any other provision.
Bali Signature Tours operates in full compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, including the Indonesian Tourism Law (Law No. 10 of 2009), the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999), the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, UU PDP), and all applicable regulations issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
As a visitor to Indonesia, you are subject to Indonesian laws and regulations during your stay. This includes respecting local customs, cultural practices, environmental regulations, and religious traditions. Bali Signature Tours is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your violation of Indonesian law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Denpasar, Bali. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 60 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
Bali Signature Tours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or booking of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
